Poetry: Secrets Of The Fabergé Egg by G.R. Tomaini

Secrets Of The Fabergé Egg

Morning - Fog ; Awoken :
As If From . . . A Slumber ;

Curse God ! Pocket Full ,
Now Empty : Where Is It ? !

Where Is The Fabergé Egg ! —
It Must Be Back In The Den — !

Can ’ t Leave Without It — ,
What Is Time ? Once Mine ,

Now Theirs — The Egg Chooses —
Its Keepers : Not Them ! Never ! !

The Egg Shatters : Golden Yoke !
Yokey Dokey Went The Dope ;

Hose One Off , Out Front : Yoke :
Stains From A Fabergé Egg — !

Egg - Whites Ripe With Omens . . .
Hawk The Egg , Now ! Pawn It !

But Then You Will Never Learn —
The Secrets Of The Fabergé Egg . . .
